Our Story Transform Ladies Fitness was created to fill a gap in the fitness industry: a dedicated space where women could feel supported, empowered, and achieve real, lasting results. As a personal trainer with a Bachelor's degree in Science, specifically in Personal Training, and over a decade of experience, I noticed that many fitness programmes weren't designed with women's unique needs in mind.
Women deserved more than generic workouts-they needed a space that was welcoming, fun, and highly effective. What began in a small church hall quickly grew as word spread about the incredible transformations our members were achieving. Eight years ago, we expanded into a 4,000 sq. ft. facility to meet the growing demand. Today, Transform Ladies is home to over 250 members, offering 40 expertly designed sessions each week in a community that thrives on support, motivation, and shared success. We’ve handpicked the very best coaches in the area and trained them to the highest standard-not just in leading effective workouts but in providing exceptional support and motivation. Our team of four full-time coaches and three part-time trainers is dedicated to helping every woman feel confident and empowered, with personalised guidance that goes far beyond fitness. Specialising in working with women over 40, we focus on creating customised fitness journeys that align with your goals-whether that’s weight loss, building strength, or improving overall health and well-being. Our programmes combine expert coaching, regular check-ins, and engaging sessions designed to keep you on track and excited about your progress. At Transform Ladies, we know that fitness is about more than just exercise-it’s about mindset, community, and feeling great in your own skin. Every woman’s journey is unique, and we’re here to provide the personal approach and support you need to succeed. When I’m not in the gym, you’ll probably see me spending time with my wife and two young daughters 🙂 Things I love are: Dogs/Trail running/Playing nerdy video games and anything WW2 related!
