Transform Ladies Fitness is Southport’s only gym exclusively for women over 40, offering tailored group training sessions and personal training. Our supportive community helps women achieve weight loss, fat loss, and toning while boosting confidence, energy levels, and overall fitness. The first step of the Transform journey is to book a free intro. Come along and speak to one of our amazing coaches, discuss your goals and your obstacles and we can show you what we do and why we get Southport women such amazing results!
Your first few training sessions will be spent one on one with a coach. We want to teach you all the fundamental exercises and how to perform them properly for the very best results. When you are ready you then have the option to join our famous group training sessions, where you will hit the ground running.

Depending on your goals, starting point, experience and preferences; we have a number of different programmemes and services we provide. But we have an option for all budgets and they start at as little as £14.25 per week.

We are based on Virginia Street, Southport. The next alleyway entrance along from the Lidl Carpark. (Which is just off the roundabout connecting Eastbank Street to Scarisbrick New Road)

We have a go at your own pace policy at our gym. We match the difficulty level and intensity to your fitness levels and ability. We have helped countless Women in Southport, who joined us after not having exercises for years or even decades! You may feel like you can’t do much right now, but TRUST US, within a short amount of time you will be shocked by how much more you can do!

With most aches and pains, exercise can be really beneficial. The combination of losing weight (if needed) and developing strength in your core and main muscle groups can do a world of good for old aches and pains (and arthritis!) We can work around most injuries and can give you alternatives exercises to anything you think might aggravate an injury. If you are unsure, reach out to us and we can have a more in depth chat.

Well that depends on a number of things such as starting point, goal, genetics, programmeme and work ethic. We have had women who have lost 2-3 stones in 2 months and we have had women who have dropped 2 dress sizes and lost no weight at all. In general don’t be surprised if you lose 10lbs+ within 6 weeks and/or a dress size. But the most important result is what it does to your brain! Increased confidence and self-esteem, generally happier, less anxiety and tonne of energy!
We have sessions at 6am, 7am, 9am, 10am, 5pm and 6pm Monday to Friday. As well as 9am, 10am Saturday and 10am on Sunday.
Yes! No matter which programmeme you start. Be that personal training, group training or one of our nutrition programmemes, you will be assigned a coach to support you and hold you accountable with regular goal review and check-ins. We are really on your side and want you to achieve the very best results.
