Depending on your goals, starting point, experience and preferences; we have a number of different programmemes and services we provide. But we have an option for all budgets and they start at as little as £14.25 per week.

We have a go at your own pace policy at our gym. We match the difficulty level and intensity to your fitness levels and ability. We have helped countless Women in Southport, who joined us after not having exercises for years or even decades! You may feel like you can’t do much right now, but TRUST US, within a short amount of time you will be shocked by how much more you can do!
6. I have aches, pains, niggles (or Arthritus) should I exercise?
With most aches and pains, exercise can be really beneficial. The combination of losing weight (if needed) and developing strength in your core and main muscle groups can do a world of good for old aches and pains (and arthritis!) We can work around most injuries and can give you alternatives exercises to anything you think might aggravate an injury. If you are unsure, reach out to us and we can have a more in depth chat.
