  2. You get personal support from your dedicated accountability coach to help keep you motivated and on track. They will be in contact with you in and out of sessions to make sure you are progressing.
  3. Our sessions are always different! We make sure our sessions are completely different every single time, so you actually look forward to coming and enjoy the workouts whilst you are there.
  4. Our atmosphere is super fun and friendly. All of our ladies are over 40 and looking to achieve the same thing. We are all super supportive of one another and we all know that having a laugh whilst working out makes it more fun.
  5. We track your progress. Our medical grade In-Body scanner will track all of your key measurements such as weight, body fat, muscle mass and water retention, we will help you set goals so you have something to aim for!
  6. Nutrition guidance. We will give you the exact nutrition advice you need, including recipes books & guides and of course accountability. To make sure you are getting those important results.
  7. We are beginner friendly. The average age of our client base is 57, and most ladies that join haven’t exercised since P.E. in school! We have a “go at your own pace policy” and have lots of different difficulty options during the sessions so even brand new ladies get along just fine. But trust me, your fitness will explode! You will notice a huge change even after the first 2 weeks!
